- Whether the questions asked were sufficient to identify the red-flag features relevant to the presentation.
- Whether the triage tool or algorithm was applied as designed, and whether any override was justified and recorded.
- Whether the disposition reached matched the answers given during the call.
- Whether safety-netting advice was given, understood and documented.
- Whether the limitations of remote assessment should have prompted a face-to-face review.
