The legal context for expert evidence

CPR Part 35 does not apply in Northern Ireland. The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (rule 2.1) apply only to proceedings in the County Court, the High Court and the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, courts of England and Wales.

The High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland sits at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JF, which also houses the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal and the Crown Court.
