• Whether a claimed delay or omission made a difference to outcome on the available evidence.
• Whether records, imaging, laboratory data and witness accounts require separate specialist interpretation.
• Which report route is suitable for a records-led breach question and which requires examination evidence.

Practitioners are listed by discipline and can be narrowed by location across the four UK nations. The register publishes the listing; the instruction is agreed directly with the practitioner.
